Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Truck Pulse, a management platform for virtual trucking communities ("Hubs") operated by Truck Pulse ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

The service

Truck Pulse lets communities run a Hub: rosters and applications, delivery tracking through connected third-party trackers, events, points and leaderboards, Discord integration, and related tools. We may add, change or retire features over time; we will not remove core paid functionality mid-subscription without notice. Truck Pulse is a fan-made platform and is not affiliated with SCS Software, TruckersMP, Trucky or TruckersHub.

Your account

You sign in with a Steam or Discord account you control and must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live, if higher). You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page; deletion follows the process described in the Privacy Policy.

Hubs and Hub owners

Whoever creates a Hub is its owner and is responsible for it: for the conduct of its staff, for the content its members are shown, and — as described in the Privacy Policy — as the data controller for the member data the Hub collects. Hub owners must handle member data only for running their community, honour members' privacy rights, and must not extract or repurpose it. We provide the tooling (exports, erasure, retention) that makes that possible.

You must not:

We may remove content, suspend accounts or Hubs, or terminate access for breaches — proportionately, and where reasonable with prior warning. You can report abuse from any profile or via the report links across the site.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid Hub plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing dashboard; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, taking effect from your next billing cycle. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights (including EU consumer rights) are unaffected.

Your content

Content you or your Hub create stays yours. You grant us the licence needed to host, display and back it up in order to run the platform — nothing more. When a Hub or account is deleted, associated content is removed or anonymized as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability and warranty

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data caused by third-party trackers, or downtime; our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including for intent, gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights).

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms. If we ever discontinue the platform, we will give Hub owners at least 60 days' notice and the opportunity to export their data.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: [email protected].
